Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Santa Teresa Surf Vista Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. To guarantee your reservation property asks for a 50% deposit which can be made with a credit card through Paypal or a bank deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due before or upon your arrival.
