Important information
Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Koninklijke Baan, 172, 8670 Koksijde. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. WiFi is only available in the studio. A final cleaning fee is mandatory for the Studio and optional for the Two-Bedroom apartment. Guests may clean the Two-Bedroom apartment themselves or opt for the cleaning fee. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment 1 month after departure. Please note that you can collect your keys at Koninklijke Baan 172, 8670 Koksijde during the opening hours, from 15:00 hrs until 17:30 hrs. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the accommodation in advance by telephone to confirm your appointment. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guests must bring their own. Electricity and heating usage above average is deducted from the deposit at check-out.
