This brand new studio is located in a peaceful residential area, just 900 m walk away from the beach and its wellness tracks for walking, running or cycling. The studio is located on top floor of a 2015 built beach house in a green and quiet residential area, where you will also experience how the locals are living. The interior design reflects a mixture of warmth, modernity and simplicity. It is eco-friendly, optimized for energy consumption, has genuine oak parquet and floor heating. It is equipped with anything you may need for your stay such as free WiFi, JBL bluetooth loudspeaker for smartphones, fridge, cooker, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle etc. Guests have access to the entire top floor studio with a separate large entrance, living room and sleeping area, bathroom with shower and two big balconies. The balconies are perfect for enjoying breakfast, watching neighbours bustling around the garden or enjoying a glass of Estonian wine or cider over sunset.
