This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Poligono 2, Parcel 491, 07460 Pollensa. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For late check-in after 22:00, the following surcharge applies: 30 EUR from 22:00 until 00:00 and 50 EUR after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Electricity is charged extra at 0.25 Euro per Kw.
