Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests paying with credit cards without the numbers embossed on the front should sign a Credit Card Authorization Form before and at checkin. Such form will be sent by the establishment to the guest thru Booking.com. Guest should fill it out, sign and send it back also via Booking.com. At checkin, the guest must sign it again and a photocopy of the credit cards front and back will be make to accompany the form.
