Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning is only available from May 1 until September 1. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policy and additional supplement may apply. Please note that guests need to provide the credit card used for booking upon arrival. The card holder's name needs to correspond to the name stated in the guest's ID. When booking a room without 2.5-hour spa access included, extra charge of EUR 15 is applied per every person. Active spa zone working time is from 08:30 to 22:00, last entry is possible at 21:00. Spa treatment area working time is from 09:00 to 21:00, last appointment is possible at 20:00.
