Important information
Please inform Yangshuo Mountain Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Accordingly to local regulations, hotel cars and private cars are not allowed to enter Yulong River Scenic Area or the Ten-Mile Natural Gallery between 08:00 and 18:00 (between 08:00 and 17:30 in winter). All visitors are required to pay an additional fee for using the government’s contracted shuttle bus. The property will pay for guests' cost for entering and leaving the traffic restricted area when they check in and check out based on the normal occupancy of each room, extra persons will need to pay for themselves. Please note that construction work is going on nearby mid December to the end of January and some rooms may be affected by noise or light disturbances.
