Everything was on point. Andria checked us in, she is a very upbeat young lady an asset to the team great personality and welcoming. the lady doing breakfast should have asked her name she is a bright start to the day beautiful smile and very helpful without asking. The breakfast was great she looks too take a lot of pride in her job. Thank you all it was probably the #1 stay we have had. We normally stay in Hendersonville at the Hampton but you won our business for the future Andria was the key to winning our businesses.

    Wonderful things to do and great place to go eat. There are caves to go see, music to enjoy, shopping in great places, and need to visit again to be able to more. So easy to get around and close to a lot of different things.

    Room is clean, staff is nice, breakfast is good. The price is fair. Free parking. Go to Nashville only drive 20 min. Only issue is internet signal is weak. If you stay for travel I recommend to say this place.

    Goodlettsville was a awesome place.

    Goodlettsville was a awesome place. There is a lot of places to eat. Nicely located about 15 minutes from Nashville. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We even had to ask a local policeman how to find krispie Kreme donuts. He knew exactly where it was. We had a good laugh. We're not staying anywhere else when we're going to Nashville.

    Booked 2 rooms, both with sofa beds for 8 guests; however, received 2 rooms with total of 3 beds and no sofa. Front desk would not correct their error at 3 pm because they were overbooked. Single use toiletries were used by previous guests because only half full for 4 guests! Not sanitary!!! Front desk said they ran out of shampoo.

It's more of smaller city towards KY Lg City Park Few good restaurants Kroger, Walmart all Ness close by to Hendersonville 10 mins to Indian Lake shopping & eating and lake Be careful of your Selection of budget friendly stays some full of homeless many local to drugs & police called reg. Best stays for few dollars more on Conference Dr To Rivergate Pkwy area Worth for Safety family & pets. CLEANLINESS to Hospitality

    Reported issues to front desk with toilet and mini fridge. Neither issue was taken care of by the end of our stay. Billing became an issue when they tried to run my credit card after funds were secured and management was rude and unprofessional. My overall impression was that they truly do not care about their guests.
