The room was filthy and the guest services were very rude.
The room was filthy and the guest services were very rude. I took pictures, they wanted to charge us more for another room. We called the police because they refused to refund us our monies after we saw the room and chose not to stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place or booking.com

We visited a museum downtown, went to the IVY Club for dinner and drove around exploring. We lived in the area for 5 years back in the mid 80s and wanted to see the changes that had taken place. We didn’t have a lot of time to do much else. Maybe we will return for another visit.

Greeting was sincere and engaging.
Greeting was sincere and engaging. Check out conversation was broached by staff member and questions were pointed to assist in their efforts to better serve. The room was comfortable, at the right value. The breakfast was well presented and kept up throughout the service.

Beautiful small city, easy to navigate (except one of the bridges across the Illinois River was closed for construction.) Several beautiful old homes and historic attractions, relaxing views of the river. Bradley University located there. Excellent highway access and decent proximity to Chicago, St. Louis and other major cities. Overall a very nice city.

Rooms were filthy pool was closed for renovations for over a year now. Front desk night staff spoke like sailors using extreme profanity and speaking loudly enough to be heard before the elevator doors even opened. Would NOT recommend
My husband had to stay in the area for almost two weeks waiting for truck repairs. The best thing about this hotel is the location. The hotel is cleaner than most others I have stayed. The front desk is very responsive. They actually answer the phone when you call! One day my husband fell asleep on his phone and wouldn't answer. I was concerned and called the front desk. They were very helpful. He sent someone to check on him right away. If you are looking for a clean hotel and a friendly staff this is a very good value for the money.
It's a clean hotel along the Illinois river. Nice area to go for a walk on the boardwalk on nice evening!
Staff was very helpful.when you could catch them at the desk!
Room clean, nice and dark for sleeping. Beds ok.
Pool open, and a nice warm breakfast was a great change. Almost feels normal again even with COVID!
Staff was nice at checkin, very considerate on Easter and understanding about the loss of my parents, which was very kind of an employee ( Stephanie?)!😊
All in all...a nice hotel, with a nice setting and amenities.
We were amazed at this place. I had read the reviews and they sounded very good. We needed something that was central and this was perfect. We book a room with two beds and they only had one bed so they upgraded us to a suite. We were surprised to be placed in a two bedroom with a kitchen for our stay. Everyone were so nice and the breakfast was far better than any one we have had at other motels. This place is a winner we will stay here again the next time in Peoria.
our first room was supposed to be non smoking and the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Our second room once we were moved was good but the door wasn't locking properly when we first got in then figured out a way for it to lock so it ended up being okay. The shower was clogged with previous guests hair and we had to dig it out for the water to drain. Everything else worked just fine.
The hotel is elegant beauty and charm. Nice view. Clean room. Comfy bed. Pleasant staff.
Included in fee is bag breakfast to order. We picked that up first thing in the morning at the front desk, and enjoyed eating it in their beautiful library/lobby.
The hotel could use some updating, but the clerk told us they were in the process of renovating rooms.
It is a beautiful hotel in downtown Peoria. It was easy to get to and across the street from the Civic Center, which was my reason for the trip to Peoria. There is a parking garage for a small fee that is attached with skywalks to the Civic Center and Hotel. The room was great with a very comfortable bed.
The staff, the new regional manager. She was great! Gave me an upgraded room; however, the suite had a stench my daughter and I could not fathom, and the double bed room, cleanliness was again an issue. We made it through the night and appreciated the upgrade. I couldn’t complain for their efforts.
The breakfast was standard and the location was fine. We were pleased to find this pet friendly hotel so we could travel with our dog. The workout room was also nicely equipped minus the missing door lock.
The rooms were very clean and check in was simple and fast. My husband and I went to Craft Kitchen which is the restaurant/bar within the hotel and the bartender Chris was absolutely amazing.
It was nice to have a continental breakfast! The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and cozy! It was nice to have an indoor pool to use. It was a touch cold but our kids still loved it!
It's a standard Hilton fare hotel. Clean, comfortable, with updated amenities. It also provides the best breakfast in the industry which adds to the value of your stay .
This is a nice hotel. Could use a few adjustments. The room was a nice size. The breakfast was good and displayed very nicely. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The room was super clean and smelled great. Beds were soft and comfortable with a clean smell. Staff was so friendly I felt very welcomed. Food was amazing!
