3 Bedroom condo was very nice.
3 Bedroom condo was very nice. Comfortable beds and kitchen fully stocked. location great. Nice lunch (and breakfast) spot nearby at Johny's restaurant at Golf Pro Shop. Wish we could have golfed. Excellent pool and workout area per my friends. Tennis courts strange matt surface. Hard to see #s on other condos at night to find location of our friends who were also staying there. But overall, a great facility and will be back!

Waikoloa is a great affordable luxury resort development.
Waikoloa is a great affordable luxury resort development. It is the kind of place where you can take walks and enjoy the beautiful landscaping or for dining and shopping. Many excellent tour companies (Kailani Tours) do pick-ups here and Waikoloa is well situated for exploring all parts of the island.

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lovely.
The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. However, the food was mediocre at best, very overpriced and not fresh. The staff were not overly helpful or friendly. I would be hesitant to recommend this resort to friends and family.

We were a family of 5 and this was great!
We were a family of 5 and this was great! It gave us plenty of space and we were able to relax in the room and grill and cook a few meals in. There is shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, and a BIG ABC store that has everything you could want - groceries, take out, souvenirs, etc all right across the street within walking distance. Its only about 20 min from the airport but has lots of open space and a very quiet feel to everything. Its a very short drive to several beaches and only about an hour or so to anything else on the Island. We were on 3rd floor and elevator is small and very slow but is helpful with luggage. The garage had lots of beach gear available for use. Small but nice swimming pool just a few buildings down with beautiful landscaping around it and a shaded patio if you are hanging out and watching kids swim.

The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a wonderful beach and it was a huge plus to have access to the cabanas and furniture based on the fact the unit had a membership there. We enjoyed the fact that the unit was close to restaurants (Tommy Bahama) and groceries (Foodland).
Morning walks around Mauna Lani are wonderful and easy access over to the beach is convenient. It's also simple to travel over to Waikoloa for even more shopping and restaurants. The Lava Lava Beach club has great food and is right on the water where we got to see a Monk Seal swim in the bay.
Also, I would recommend exploring the full Big Island. There are wonderful national parks and you can see so much and so many different climates and landscapes. It is truly unique compared to the other islands.
We were able to see whales each day when we drove north up Kohala.
All in all a wonderful trip for our 10th visit to the islands.

The unit we stayed at was not clean, new fridge didn't work so we had to throw all of our food away without compensation, water heater did not work propperly the first day, patio door handle was broken and room was knowlingly left unlocked, many bulbs burned out or missing, a lot of dishes and silverware were dirty. Would not recommend.
We have been to this resort more than a dozen times, The renovation, while it looks nice, made some bad choices--slippery shower floors, heavy closet and bathroom doors, NOTHING IN THE MINIBAR! They try to be eco-sensitive with recyclable water bottles but no place to put them to recycle them! Small things--hair dryer didn't work--were annoying in such an expensive and posh place. And where were the evening hula dances. It's Hawaii!!
We were upgraded to Oceanfront room for an additional 100 dollars and it was an excellent choice. The view was absolutely stunning and the best view I've ever had from the hotel room! I saw a variety of fish (sadly not turtles) when snorkeling and the dinner at Browns was delicous and eating while watching the sunset was so memorable and romantic (though pricey). I would like to recommend this place for those considering honeymoon.
Loved the staff at registration and restaurant. Unit 24C wasn’t perfect. The bed was very hard at first but the staff worked hard to correct the issue and provided a memory foam mattress topper which worked wonders. When we had issues with the shower and TV the staff came right over to help. The staff was the best. The restaurant and pool area was lovely as well. We loved the condo complex.
Accommodation interior was perfect. Suited 2 couples very well, with own bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and dining areas for self catering. Space to relax in doors and out. Communal small gym and swimming pool. Beach equipment was good and clean. Lockable garage and outdoor parking space provided. Host Michel, was easily contactable at the end of a phone call or email- quick to respond.
The laundry room is a great idea. The pools and beach being really close to the hotel was also really convenient.
The smoothies at the cafe were really good!
The staff were friendly, especially at reception and the front desk.
The layout of the hotel was nice. It was easy to walk around and the lobby space was a fun place to hang out at any time of the day.
We were travelling with our teenage son and had a beautiful two-bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the golf course and the ocean in the distance. It was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. Although the price was somewhat high, it was a bargain compared to the beach resorts 15 minutes away which charged twice as much for a standard hotel room.
The Hotel charged my card first the wrong amount and would not release $5000 until I checked out and even after that takes 5 business days to release the funds. This was extremely inconvenient for me. They were so unprofessional.
Not enough restaurants and not enough coffee places. Long walks to get from one place to another.
Not worth the price
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the room itself, the spacious parking throughout the hotel, the refrigerator/stove/dishwasher. The staff was always super respectful, friendly, fast and efficient. I really enjoyed the texting as a way of asking the faculty questions and the fast responses. The pool was also a favorite.
We love staying in Waikoloa and the Fairway Villas. This is was our second time in the area and we specifically chose to stay in the same location because the condos are nice, roomy, and clean. Considering the reasonable price, the location is a great place to stay while in the area.
Great location, beautiful views, near by pool and ocean beach. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Really satisfied with the spacious and comfortable apartment, a luxury feeling. Private parking in carport just outside the apartment was perfect. We are also really pleased with the host.
when we checked in we decided to upgrade to Gold and it was so worth it. We loved how kind and helpful all the staff were, and I loved the pool. We also had dinner at Browns on the property and it was hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had.
I like and appreciate the excellent help and customer service I received from Aisha always trying her best to accommodate my wishes and so far I haven’t been disappointed. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the upmost best stay.
One of our best stays ever. This place is elegant, quiet, well-furnished, with thoughtful items like notes on counters to help find things. All needed amenities were provided. Back of the unit looks out over the golf course.
Nice big space. Entire family feels like at home. Close to pool and jacuzzi with massaging jets that were great as well as barbecues and exercise room. Close to everything that Waikoloa is offering and close to Kona.
We always enjoy our stay in Hilton Waikoloa Village.
Beautiful place, comfy bed, spacious room and friendly staff in the hotel.
