We actually didn't know we booked a hotel that was in Wisconsin at time of booking because we just looked at the distance and the price. We were at Six Flags in Gurnee/Chicago IL. Super fun time! it was so close to the hotel only 15/20 minute drive from where we were and was straight highway driving. We booked dmfir the price and the breakfast. Surprised when saw the room and happy to swim in the heated indoor pool. The price for everything we got was incredible! We were excited to see that we crossed the state line into Wisconsin as we no idea we were so close to Wisconsin. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway!! Next time we come here we will check out everything Wisconsin has to offer! 😊

I love this part of Kenosha, by Lake Michigan.
I love this part of Kenosha, by Lake Michigan. It was beautiful. We didn't go the beach this time but we love to go if we have time. It is just beautiful. There was a concert outside on Wednesday night at Kemper and the piano player was fabulous. It was fun to be right next to Lake Michigan. There is a theatre nearby and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The comedy club is at the Wyndham. There is a nice bar on the back deck at the Wyndham.

Kenosha was very friendly!
Kenosha was very friendly! I loved the beach and the city vibe. The restaurant's were great. There was a little festival that was going on and it was very well put together. The city was clean, friendly and I would definitely go back . Restaurants as awesome. A must is just walk on the pier, it's amazing and peaceful.

We were staying in Kenosha to go skiing in Wilmot.
We were staying in Kenosha to go skiing in Wilmot. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, our ski lessons were cancelled and the resort was closed. Only living a quick 50-minute drive to Chicago, we thought of cutting our trip short but instead decided to stay (since we really like the hotel) and took a ride to Gurnee Mills and shopped for a bit and ate in a local restaurant with terrific food.

This is the first we have ever been to Kenosha and we really enjoyed our time. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Sazzy B's and Breakfast at the infamous Frank's Diner. We took a nice long walk by Lake Michigan and hit up Swede's bar and that was also a treat.
Amazing hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Weekend breakfast was good and the coffee was exceptional. Our family had 4 kings size suites booked and we were all on the first floor very close to each other. The trundle bed under the sofa sleeper came in very handy. The bathroom was amazing!! The lobby was a great place for our family to gather and spend time together. Kids enjoyed the playing cards and using the pool.
The breakfast was amazing! Sara who works in the breakfast area is a great cook and such a hard worker! There was a different breakfast each day, everything was always clean, and she always had fresh coffee available.
The hot tub was great actually very hott unlike other hotels I’ve been too, pool was also nice.
There was vending machines, hotel was also close to the outlet mall.
The hotel was excellent. We spent one night there and received a warm welcome during check-in. The room was spotless, and having a hot tub and bar on the premises was a great bonus. There were also some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. If we find ourselves traveling to Wisconsin again, we will definitely return to this hotel.
Our family stayed for 3 days while in town for a swim meet. The suite style room was what made this hotel stand out. We were able to cook and eat our meals in the kitchenette. It made the stay feel more like home not having to have food in the sleeping area. It also provided a buffer between the sleeping room and the hallway.
We were in town for a family event and this was a good location for us to explore downtown Kenosha. The hotel is unique in that it's in a historic building and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly, the parking free (on the street, and in a nearby lot), the WI-Fi good, and the room comfortable.
Best location in Kenosha. Although there are no balconies , there is a wonderful lake view with big picture windows. The breakfast area was nice and we all got a kick out of the pancake machine. The whole hotel smells great and the rooms are exceptionally clean.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very nicely decorated and was conveniently located. Street parking was convenient and close by. Dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.
The Stella Hotel is truly a gem of Kenosha - nothing about this hotel disappointed, from the greeting by friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness of our room. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
It was very clean overall. The room was pretty nice for the price I paid. This was the only hotel that was reasonably priced in 50 miles (I was going to a concert in East Troy,Wi)
Convenient location. Nice selection of amenities. Solid breakfast. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Quiet heating/cooling. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Kenosha.
One of the best hotels in the town. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. Very quiet and clean rooms. Liked the christmas decor in bar and lobby. Good vibes
The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, and there is not much by the way of noise. The options for eating onsite were good, but we did not partake.
