The room itself was decent but basic. Location is good for a base. Easy to navigate to town.The sisters that run the hotel are quite friendly and nice. You can't beat the price. Main complaints: no hot water, shower head needed to be cleaned. When showering the water literally sprayed sideways out of the holes spraying outside the shower onto bathroom floor creating a large slippery puddle on the bathroom tile floor. Adequate for our pass through town.

We felt so very welcomed by the super friendly owner Eliana and her house is cozy, beautiful and unique. Situated at the River Sierpe and in a lush garden we were surrounded by the stunning nature. We went on an early morning boat trip for three hours organized by Eliana and saw lots of different birds, some crocodiles, some caymans and two species of monkeys (capuchin and squirrel monkeys). After the boat trip Eliana indulged us with a delicious breakfast. We would have loved to stay longer... Thank you so much! ♡

Spectacular location and garden, quiet, with lots of birds and amazing view over Golfo Dulce. Probably one of the best location I have ever seen for an hotel. Great swimming pool. Free kayaks (great early morning).

An amazing stay. The property is on the opposite side of the river to the main town and can only be accessed by boat. Wade, the owner was very helpful and provided transport whenever it was needed. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to book our tours on request. The property is very tranquil and beautiful. There is a very pleasant sitting area overlooking the river where you can watch the world go by. It certainly was an experience.
