Important information
Please inform Sultan Gardens Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking bed & breakfast or half board, please note that drinks are not included. Please deliver a copy of the birthday certificate of the kids before the check in. Renovation work is done from April to September 2022 daily. The lobby, Linah restaurant the ground floor with its terrace, shopping arcade and the coffee shop are under renovation
