Along the southern tip of the province, you have the Gyeongbu Expressway (no. 1) that follows the railway of the same name hitting Okcheon. That turns into the number 35 Jungbu Expressway which runs along the east passing Icheon, Cheongju, its international airport and Jincheon. The northern pass has the Jungang Expressway (no. 55) which links Chuncheon in the north to Daegu in the south, and passes Jecheon and Danyang. Now open the Jungbu Naeryuk Expressway (no. 45)splits the province in two connecting Yeoju and Gumi, and allows for easier access to Suanbo.
