Lisbon enjoys a Subtropical-Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and very warm summers. Strongly influenced by the Gulf Stream it is one of the mildest climates in Europe. Snow and frost are unknown. Rain occurs mainly in winter, the summer is very dry.
