This is grave of Matsugi Shichiro(松木七郎) who was a samurai in Kamakura era. Keio horinouchi is station name, and it is sorounded by some areas. Matsugi area is one of them, so this name was derived from his name. Asama shrine has many festivals and a lot of people come here.
