Not much to choose from in Teplodar...most people cook their own. There is only one restaurant of note called the Metro. Ask any local for details of the address. There is only one supermarket called Silpo (part of a national food chain). Silpo has a reasonable selection of foods. If you like bazaar type food then the local bazaar operates every day of the year. There are some good clean shops that sell excellent Ukraine food essentials.
Metro Restaurant, Generala Plieva Street (behind the Police Station). Open 7 days including all holidays 12pm to 12am (sometimes later). Ukraine (and western) cuisine , good service, modern clean throughout, excellent clean toilets, underground but very spacious, you can hire the board room for private functions in fact hire the entire restaurant, good music system plus TV in every room, dance floor, excellent wine selection. Very competitive prices...you can feed yourself very easy from $USD5-7.
