Khao Lak to Phuket International Airport by bus.
The cheapest way to get to the airport is by local bus. The bus passes by Khao Lak every half an hour or so and costs 100 baht to Phuket. When the busboy ask you where you want to go just tell him "airport" or Nai Yang beach, which is very close. You will then be dropped at an intersection along Highway 402. From there just take a motorbike taxi for the 10 min ride to the airport. The motorbike taxi should not cost more than 100 baht. Note that the bus only runs during the day, until around 6PM.
