There are two ATM:s in Padang Bai: BRI bank near the police station (doesn't always function, gives a maximum of Rp 500,000 and does not accept VISA cards), and Bank Mandiri 200 metres along the beach road (accepts VISA cards and gives a maximum of Rp 1,250,000). There are also plenty of ATMs nearby in Klungkung.
