There is some decent snorkeling off the beach, with lots of medium-sized fish that will eat right out of your hand. I also saw a large grouper, and another reported seeing a stingray passing through. Large starfish are sometimes seen on the underwater grasses leading out to the artificially-created break-water/reef. �
