Hourly departures from Boston (South Station Bus Terminal, Park Square, and Logan Airport) to Sagamore, Barnstable (Rt. 132) and Hyannis, a few trips also serve the Lower and Outer Cape. A few things to note about P&B
- During the early morning and mid afternoon hours some departures run express to or from Logan skipping the downtown stops.
- Park Square service is commuter oriented and only operates in the peak direction during rush hour. There is no baggage or ticket service, buy on board from the driver if you need a ticket.

Megabus, seasonally serves Hyannis from Providence and New York City. Megabus picks up and drops off at the Hy-Line ferry docks, not the bus terminal, which is about a ten minute walk. Cabs are available at the ferry terminal if you need help with bags.
