Ulleungdo does not have an airport, so access is only possible by ferries, all operated by Dae-A Express . Your port choices are Gangneung and Mukho in Gangwon, Pohang in North Gyeongsang. The Mukho Ferry Terminal is in the city of Donghae. There 1~2 boats a day. The fare for the Gangneung ferries "Sea Star" is 48,000 each way, for the Mukho ferries "Ocean Flower" and "Sea Flower" are 51,000 won each way. Since it's further away from Ulleungdo the fare for the Pohang ferry is 58,000 won each way.
