This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Keys for the ZOO Hotel can be collected at the reception located on ul. Wróblewskiego 7, which is open 24/7. Keys for Garbary street apartments and Wszystkich Swietych can be collected at the reception located on ul. Garbary 3, which is open 24/7. Keys for Wierzbowa Street apartartments can be collected at the recepction located on Wierzbowa 3 street which is open 24/7. There is a deposit for the underground garage door remote control. Please note that the name on the credit card should be the same as the guest name. Please note that a refundable deposit of PLN 400 will be charged for a 6-person apartment upon check-in.
