Please inform Alsergrund Luxury by welcome2vienna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30; - From 00:00 to 02:00 EUR 60. Check-in after 02:00 is not possible. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
