Superior guest experience at Am Deich 13
With attention to detail our old Fischerkate is redeveloped at the moment. What year it comes precisely is difficult to say, but it is already listed on an old map of the dike and Sielverbands. The map is based on the Urvermessungskarte Prussia from about 1875 had laid out. The attic was then still a stock for sailing stuff, rope and boat dishes. Therefore, the House decreed the first floor via a hatch to the street. In the house four residential units will be built in the spring, which are then available to our holiday guests. In former stable a little more flat will occur. During the renovation, it is important for us to preserve, as already in our other object Bielenberg37, as much old - but to combine this with the latest technology! Even in the choice of means, we attach importance to a high level of comfort. Our box springs meet all the highest hotel standard.
