You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The credit card used for this booking must be presented at the time of check-in. Failure to present the original credit card will result in a separate payment for the entire stay. This amount will then be refunded by the hotel within 2 weeks. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. When booking Half Board package of breakfast and dinner (buffet ) that drinks are not included except water. All Inclusive package of breakfast, lunch, dinner ( buffet) that includes selected beverages only. Both packages are available in Horizon Restaurant.
