Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you wish to visit Europa Park on your arrival, you can pick up your room key between 08:00 and 10:00. Please note that the name on the guest's photo identification card needs to match the name on the credit card. Please note that breakfast is only available during the Europa-Park season. Please note that only one parking space is available per reservation.
