Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CHF 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The reception is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00. If you arrive outside those hours please inform the hotel in order to be provided with additional information (access code etc). As the reception is not open 24 hours, you will receive your access code to the residence and your apartment (around 3 days before arrival).
