Important information
Please inform Appartements am Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check in takes place through a check-in machine (KeyBoy) located at Herbert-Hellmann-Allee 19a. The check-in code is sent to you via SMS or email. Please contact the property for more info. A service fee of €30 per stay up to a week is excluded. Per apartment, one parking space is reserved in the garage. Guests with cars taller then 1.50 metres are asked to call the accommodation in advance.
