Please inform Aqua Park Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Aqua Park Residence know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that arrivals after 21:00 are possible but are subject to a surcharge. In case of having comments regarding the quality of cleaning in the apartment and any missing equipment, please contact Aqua Park Residence on the day of arrival. The cost of one extra baby cot with bed linen is PLN 30.00 per stay. The cost of one extra children's high chair is PLN 10.00 per stay. Number of cribs and baby chairs is limited. Additional charges will not be automatically added to the total cost of the reservation and must be paid directly to Aqua Park Residence.
