Please inform Bergresort Das Jochelius in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. WINTER: Please note that the property cannot be reached by car. The property can only be reached on skis via the Bergkastel Cable Car, which operates (until 4:00 p.m.) Your luggage will be collected from the property at the parking lot. Please contact the Jochelius by phone 1 hour before arrival. SUMMER: Please note that the property cannot be reached by car. The hotel shuttle will pick you up at the valley station of the Bergkastel cable car when you arrive. To do this, please telephone the Jochelius 1 hour before arrival. (until 5:00 p.m.)
