You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Same credit card used to book the reservation, along with a valid ID, must be presented to be able to check in. A $200 credit card hold is required at check-in. If you prefer to use a debit card, please note that the charge is increased to $500, and it will come from you bank account rather than be processed as a pre-authorised payment. If you use a debit card, you must check out of the hotel in person so that your bank account can be refunded.
