Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. • This is a main floor suite, which has been designed for your privacy and comfort, while we, the hosts, reside in the lower level suite. So please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything and we’ll try to take care of it asap! Both levels have separate access points located at opposite ends of the residence. Your privacy is our priority. • Our friendly, hypoallergenic resident dog lives on the lower level but does not have access to any of the guest areas. He is generally quiet but you may occasionally hear him bark to alert us to visitors. • Please enjoy the live plants, but avoid tampering and watering. Leaving all the curtains open during the day to ensure they get enough sunshine ☀️ would be greatly appreciated! • While we welcome families, please note our home isn't childproof. Ensure your little ones are supervised, and let us know if you require a pack and play travel crib or high chair. • The living room fireplace is sealed and can't be used for fires. • There is no backyard access. But we have 3 playgrounds all within a 3-7min walk from our home as well as a lovely park and pathways just across the street with panoramic views of the City and mountains on a clear day. • Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. • We appreciate your consideration during quiet hours (10 pm-7 am). While we kindly ask that you refrain from using the deck during this time to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours, feel free to enjoy normal noise levels otherwise. We want you to have a great time and be comfortable! Everyday noises, including those from toddlers, are completely acceptable; we can not hear anything on our floor, our goal is to ensure our wonderful neighbours are not disturbed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
