Important information
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. The luggage room and wellness area can be used by guests both before and after check-in and check-out. Please note that the surcharge for bringing a pet is EUR 15 per night, pets are not allowed in the spa area or the restaurant. Guests are advised to book spa treatments in advance of their arrival. Please note that the city tax only applies for guests aged 18 and above. Please note that towels and bed linen are given to each room only once upon arrival. Additional towels, bed linen and daily cleanings can be booked for additional costs upon arrival. If bookings include guests under 18, please contact the property to provide further information. Guests travelling with children are kindly asked to inform the property the number and age of children they are travelling with in the special request box at the time of booking. Please inform the property in advance if you will arrive after 18:00. A check-in can only be accommodated until 24:00.
