Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Sauna is closed from Mon 20 Jan 2020 until Fri 07 Feb 2020 Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Mon 20 Jan 2020 until Fri 07 Feb 2020 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 20 Jan 2020 until Fri 07 Feb 2020 Please note that the sauna, spa, swimming pool and splash pool will be closed from 20 January 2020 until 07 February 2020. The gym will still remain open during this period. Please note, guests staying in the Standard Rooms in the Safari or Azteca hotel will be charged GBP 3 per person to use the Savannah Splash Pool. A time slot must be pre-booked on the day of arrival. Guests staying in the Themed Rooms and Merlin Annual Pass holders staying on a holiday club package will receive complimentary access to the pool. A time slot must be pre-booked 1 week before arrival. Please note, access to the pool is subject to availability. Please note, tickets for the park are not included and need to be bought separately.
