In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of CNY 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The front desk operates from 7:00 to 24:00. Please note that a deposit of CNY 100 must be paid on arrival. For bookings made without credit card details, the property reserves the right to release the room after 18:00 on the day of check-in. Please note that if we can't proceed pre-authorization with your credit card information, we might require you to use other methods to complete this process. If the guests don't complete the pre-authorization within 36 hours after booking, we won't be able to secure the reservation.
