The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from JR Hirosaki Station and Hirosaki Bus Terminal. - From hotel: every 30 minutes between 06:30-10:30. No reservation is required. - From station: every 30 minutes between 14:30-23:30. - From bus terminal: every 30 minutes between 14:30-23:30. Please note, the shuttle bus is not available during the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival and Hirosaki Neputa Festival. When sending packages and luggage to the property, please write the booking number and guest name used to make the reservation on the packing slip.
