Please inform ELENA Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only the final washing and cleaning is included in the price. Additional laundry and cleaning can be provided on request and at extra charge. Please note that electricity up to 60KW per day is provided free of charge. Further consumption will be charged extra. Please note that the property has no reception. Self check-in and check-out are available. After booking, the property may be requested a photocopy of the guest's passport prior to check-in to secure the reservation. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex.
