Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit card. All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in. Upon booking, the property processes a pre-authorisation on your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, to ensure that the credit card is valid. In addition, upon check-in the property requires an AUD 200 credit card pre-authorisation to cover any incidental charges, including damage, excessive cleaning, and telephone calls. The charge will be held for 7 to 10 working days, and must be available on the credit card account. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment at this hotel.
