Please inform Ferienhaus Harenberg in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The following services are available: - a travel cot (without bed linen) for EUR 7.50 per stay - a high chair for EUR 7.50 per stay - sledge hire for EUR 5 per day Towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 16.50. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Please note that local payment is only possible in cash.
