This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Ferienhaus-Rohles in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note the additional fees: - Electricity charged after consumption at 0.35 EUR/kWh - Bed sheets: EUR 14 / double room (compulsory) - Washing machine per load: EUR 3 - tumble dryer per load: EUR 2 Motorcycle parking provide 5 parking spaces and it costs EUR 20 per week per vehicle. Use of the sauna costs EUR 8 per person. Bicycle hire costs EUR 5 per bicycle per day (there are 2 rental bikes in total). After booking you will receive an email from the property which will specify the instructions for the payment and collecting the keys. Please note that sauna is located in the annex.
