Please inform Finca Can Salat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Bellmon will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the is an obligatory electricity fee of EUR 10 per day.
