Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Franklin Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are required to present a photo ID and valid credit card upon check in. A credit card pre-authorisation of up to AUD $300 will be charged on the day of booking to cover any incidental charges. Please note that there is a 1.2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
