Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Aitken Spence Hotels will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests can choose one of the following transfer options to reach the property (excluded from the room rate). (Contact the property directly to communicate your preferable mode of transportation). MANDATORY TRANSFER DETAILS (excluded from room rate) Please note that the property is only accessible by the following mode of transfer: Seaplane transfer takes 45 minutes from Male International Airport. The return rates are: Adult Transfer rate is USD 400 Child transfer Rate USD 200 Hotel Seaplane transfers are mandatory and cannot be waived off even if guest chooses own transfer. Standard Transfer Times: 0700 to 1500 hours (subject to weather conditions) Guests must send arrival and departure flight details directly to the property at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Alternate mode of transfer which is a domestic flight and dhoni boat transfer is also available at USD 250 per person. CHILD POLICY Children below 2 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal-plan accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Extra Child Charges – 35% of the room rate Mandatory green tax of USD 6 per child per night will be charged. GENERAL POLICIES Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in and making the payment at the hotel.
