Guest will receive a welcome email 48 hours prior to arrival with directions and check in instructions. Chalets are available for check in only after 3:00 PM. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. There is no reception at the retreat however guests may contact staff for assistance for any urgent request via the telephone or if non urgent email.
