Please inform Hilton Dubai Jumeirah in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel after departure.
