Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that arrivals after 22:00 can be charged extra and may be refused. Please contact the property directly to inform them about your expected arrival time. Breakfast is served between 8:00-10:00. The bar is open until 23:00. Two free walking tour start at 10:00 and 13:00 on a daily basis. The tours are in English and Spanish. Minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Parking is available at parking garage, P+R The Loop/Expo. Guests can then take tram 1 to the city center.
