Important information
Please inform Indulge Apartments - CBD in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property will process a pre-authorization of $500 on the Credit Card on file to be held as a security bond to cover any incidental charges. (For bookings 5 days or more, the bond will be processed as a SALE and will incur a NON-refundable credit card surcharge and the balance refunded as per the below terms). There is a 1.5% surcharge for all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card transactions. Please note that this property has no reception. Please contact the hotel during reception hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 8.30pm and Weekends and Public Holidays 9am to 8pm (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self access check in instructions, in line with the terms of stay. No refunds will be issued after arrival for revised or cancelled reservations.
