You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guests are required to provide their original passport or Emirates ID upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. JA Hotels will send payment link on registered email address depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel. JA Palm Tree Court will undergo its suite enhancement from June 5th in phases till October 14th 2022. The enhancement program has been developed carefully to minimize guest disturbance. Another wonderful enhancement to JA Palm Tree Court commencing on July 15th will be a new dedicated pool and poolside bar in addition to a Spanish restaurant.
