Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Steinmattstrasse 85, 3920 Zermatt. Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. Please inform the property upon arrival via phone if you wish to make use of the pick up service, which runs between 8:00 and 21:00. Outside of these hours, it is possible to reach the hotel within a 10-minute walk or with an official taxi.
